Chicken2K: A Database for Global Chicken Genomic Resources

As the most abundant and widespread domesticates, the characterization of genomic diversity of chickens at a global scale are indeed required for the sustainable conservation and utilization of these valuable resources. We conduct the initial data analyses of 1986 genomes of different indigenous populations/ecotypes, improved lines, and fancy chickens mostly from Asia, Africa and Europe.
